Andy Hartlieb

Andy Hartlieb is Chief Executive Officer of American Community Bank & Trust. He was an organizer of the bank and served as President since its inception in 1999 through 2019. Born and raised in Woodstock, he attended Marian Central Catholic High School. In addition to his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a double major in Finance and Marketing, he is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. He is a founder, vice president and current board member of the Gavers Community Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on cancer research, screenings, and awareness. Andy also serves at St. Mary Parish with the Youth Ministry team.

Rick Francois

Rick Francois is co-founder of American Community Bank & Trust where he serves as President and Chief Credit Officer. He has over 25 years of banking experience with a focus on serving privately held and family-owned businesses in Chicagoland. Rick is a native of Dubuque, Iowa and graduated with High Distinction from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Finance. Rick has been active in the community through board positions and volunteer roles including The Church of Holy Apostles, Illinois Bankers Association, Woodstock Economic Development Commission, United Way of McHenry County, Independence Health & Therapy, Veteran’s Salute and Gavers Community Cancer Foundation.

Michael Bagley

Honest, trustworthy and relatable

Let's Work Together:
After 35 years in banking I’m a good listener. In order to help a company grow, and manage my clients’ expectations, I have to listen. I want to know how they started, what their pain points are, and what their goals are. Ideally, over time, I become a trusted advisor.

I’m passionate about:
Investing my time on things that matter. Serving on the board of the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and Heartland Housing both great investments of my time! Continuing to focus on building relationships with middle market business owners is also a great investment of my time. And, of course, my family is a very enjoyable investment of my time.

My education:
A bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from DePaul University.

An aspiration:
Learning tennis.

Steve Davis

Helping those that are less fortunate. Goal is always to do a little more each year. 

My education:
A bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Waking up and being thankful for the blessings I have.

Matt Horist

My talents:
Twenty-two years in banking with a specialty in SBA lending solutions.

I’m passionate about:
My community. My first paying job was a caddie at Crystal Lake Country Club and life in this community grew from there. My wife teaches in the area and we have three daughters attending school locally. I’ve enjoyed giving back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Crystal Lake Dawn Breakers.

Words to live by:
“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” I can confidently apply my many years of commercial lending experience to unique situations, work diligently through the process, and make sure that the solution is the right one for my client’s future success.

Mark Trivellini

I'm passionate about:
Giving back. I have been involved in many community organizations over the years, including vice president of the Board of Options and Advocacy, Leadership of the Greater McHenry County, Crystal Lake and McHenry Chambers of Commerce, Wehde Early Childhood Center, and numerous youth sports organizations. 

My education:
A bachelor’s degree in finance from Roosevelt University, an MBA in finance and accounting from Webster University, and the daily inspiration I receive from my wife and two sons.

A fun fact:
I’m an avid Chicago sports fan. If I wasn’t a commercial banker, I would want to be coaching sports full time.

Anticipate challenges and obstacles, and be ready with the solutions when those challenges arrive. Folks will remember that you were part of the solution.

Organizational Involvement:
I am a Founding Member of the Fox River Business Alliance and serve on the Boys & Girls Club of North Central Illinois Board of Governors.  The youth in our communities need advocates!

The “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” podcast. It’s great for a laugh and stress release.
