  1. How do I enroll for ACBT online banking and/or Bill Payment Services?

  5. I am a computer novice, is ACBT online banking and bill payment accessible for someone like me?
  6. Yes!  Our system is relatively easy to use and we will be happy to provide one-on-one tutorials at each of our locations.  Please contact your relationship banker to schedule an appointment.

  7. Can I export transactions to my financial software?
  8. Transactions may be exported to Excel (.CSV), Microsoft Money (.OFX), Pre-2005 Quicken (.QIF) & Pre-2005 QuickBooks (.IIF)

    We do NOT SUPPORT 2005 or later versions of Quicken (.QFX) or QuickBooks (.QBO).

  9. I registered for online banking but I haven’t received an email with a temporary access id and password. What should I do?
  10. Please allow at least 1 business day for registration processing. If you have not received an email after that time then please check your junk email folder or spam filter. If the email is not there then we sincerely apologize and ask that you please re-enroll and note the date of the initial enrollment in the "additional information" section.

    To ensure delivery of ACBT emails to your inbox please consider adding the domain name to your "safe" or "approved" senders list.
